If you have experience on solving a problem with the GRN Technical staff, you have seen we use a system that let us remotely control your computer, solving the problem and once the work is finished we quit the remote control without leaving any software in your computer.

If you want to offer this service either remote support to your clients or your company staff, GRN provides a convenient, economical and safe system that requires no installation and thus save unnecessary trips do.

We have two modes of operation: we can do the installation on a Linux server you already own, or we will take care of keeping the server with unlimited usage or users.

To test the system we only need to request more information for any of the usual channels.
